Why Radon Testing?

Radon, a radioactive gas that has been found in homes all over the United States, is the second leading cause of lung cancer. It comes from the natural breakdown of uranium in soil, rock, and water and gets into the air you breathe. Radon typically moves up through the ground to the air above and into your home through cracks and other holes in the foundation. The EPA recommends that all home buyers and sellers have their homes tested for radon. Nearly one out of every 15 homes in the United States is estimated to have an elevated radon level.

Pest Inspection

A Wood Destroying Inspection/Termite inspection is a non-invasive, visual inspection meaning that wall/floor/ceiling coverings, insulation, furniture, stored items, shelving, etc. are not moved or disturbed.  As part of a Wood Destroying Insect inspection, the inspector is looking for signs of past or current Wood Destroying Insect infestation, such as shelter tubes, bore/exit holes, frass, as well as any visibly accessible damage left behind by a Wood Destroying Insect (WDI) infestation.

Water Quality Test
